We have been vacationing in Koh Samui for twenty-four years and this was our best stay. W Hotel is charming and lobby pool adds a nice touch, especially for the nightly fire dancers. Our room was surprising large compared to other top Samui hotels and included a private pool and spectacular view of the ocean over the adjacent forest canopy. I cannot begin to praise the staff enough. The buggy drivers were always helpful and during one rain storm they delivered us directly to our car in the parking garage thus avoiding a transfer in the rain in front of the hotel. The driver waited and then guided us out to the access road which was another nice touch. Food, especially the Thai options were delicious and surpassed the dinner we had at a nearby resort that has a lengthy discourse on the high quality of their chef and Thai food on their web site. We had several meals in our pool villa and the service was excellent and it was lovely to enjoy our private dining from our own deck overlooking the beautiful view. We also returned this trip for another excellent Japanese meal at the featured restaurant, Namu. It is not surprising why they continue to win awards after you enjoy their lobster with spicy noodles. Service was never farther than a call away and our requests were frequently handled by Aimee who is not only super-efficient but also charming. She met and exceeded our requests and also provided shopping tips and restaurant recommendations, It was interesting to compare our years of visiting Samui with here more recent experiences. W Hotel provides lovely rooms, great dining experience and an unmatched excellent staff and I would highly recommend staying there.

We stayed at W Samui for 2 nights at the end of our trip around the Samui archipelago. It served as a perfect finale for our journey. The hotel is beautifully situated on a private beach, offering picturesque views throughout the resort that tempt you to capture them in a photo. Our Tropical Oasis room is one of the most beautiful and spacious hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. And I should not forget to mention it features a private pool, which of course is amazing. The front desk can be easily reached via WhatsApp or the Line app, ensuring efficient communication for any queries or special needs. The food and drinks we enjoyed were delicious, and the staff were consistently super friendly and helpful. To conclude this review I must highlight Ammie, who went above and beyond in her warm and friendly care for our family. From assisting us at check-in to recommending various resort activities, such as Fire shows at Woobar and sunset dinners on the beach, she ensured we had the best experience possible. She also took special care of our 4-year-old son providing him with an occasional cookie or ice cream. And even personally crafting a beautiful souvenir for him that he absolutely loved. This is my first stay in this hotel and I would say and recommend that this hotel is suitable for couple that prefer a good loving romancing there. Very privacy Indeed. I booked an oasis private villa room with garden view with a private. I enjoyed the stay with my wife, it was our anniversary we stayed for 4 days with a nice arrangement from hotel for our anniversary. We went for a private span in the resort the staff was amazing! Nat the Spa manager was very polite and helpful also the other staff in the Spa; Thip and Bum they were great! The breakfast is outstanding the staff is full of energy we still remember the cheerful waiter named Alex he is amazing! We had so much fun at the W Koh Samui. It was great. Keep it up guys!

Staff were exceptional. Shout out to the in-house yoga/Pilate instructor, she was awesome. The technicians, waiters, receptionists, and buggy drivers were all very friendly and helpful! the bed gave us some of the best night sleeps. the sweetspots were thoughtful, and we really enjoyed the tennis court. breakfast spread was incredible and the food in general from their restaurants were yummy. beach inside the resort was nice. btw, they gave us an upgrade.
